Accessibility Statement

Choo Choo Media Foundation, doing business as CCMF Trains, is committed to making
the Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on
assistive technology.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2,
Level AA
. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve
accessibility for people with disabilities. These guidelines also align with the
accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549.

Current status

We consider the Service to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet
the standard. We assess accessibility on an ongoing basis and remediate issues as
we find them. This statement reflects our current self-assessment; it is not the
result of a formal third-party audit and will be updated as our review progresses.

Measures we take

  • We use semantic HTML, labelled form controls, and ARIA only where native
    semantics are insufficient.
  • Interactive components are designed to be keyboard operable, with visible focus.
  • We test color contrast and support light and dark themes.
  • We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting for non-essential animation.
  • Accessibility is part of our pre-merge review process.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are actively working to resolve
them. Known areas under active improvement include some complex data grids,
certain rich content, and a small number of legacy components. (The specific list
of known issues is being finalized as part of our accessibility review and will be
published here.)

This statement was prepared on 14 June 2026 based on a self-evaluation of the
Service. It will be reviewed and updated as the Service changes.
